We know plans change, but In order to stay on schedule, we have a strict cancellation policy, which protects both your time and ours.
Individual Cancellations/No Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please send us a text 305.332.7305 at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
Group Cancellations/No Shows: For parties of three or more, please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Groups of three or more that do not show up without cancelling in advance will be charged the full price of all services originally scheduled. We ask that you give us 4 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we have the right to shorten or fill up your appointment with another client. Because our shop is mostly appointment based, you'll almost always have an appointment scheduled right after yours (we absolutely respect our nail techs' time + pride ourselves in providing the best experience over at My Time Nail Bar, which is why we encourage all of our clients to be on time).If you are running late, please send us a text to 305.332.7305 so we can accommodate your services and provide you with further options if needed.
We recommend that you book your appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your scheduling requests. A late arrival may reduce your session time. If you know you are going to be late, please send us a message at 305.332.7305. Please note before booking your appointment that we do carefully take our time for all of our services, to insure the best quality and experience possible. If you would like a more in and out service we do recommend the Polish Refresh service or On Time service that include two technician at the same time.
We try very hard to confirm each appointment, confirmations are available via SMS and Email. Please provide your email and cell number for easier confirmation. It is your responsibility to remember the appointment you scheduled. If you do not receive a message 1 days prior to your appointment, please send us a message to confirm your appointment time.
MY TIME VISIT
We ask upon arrival to turn your phone to vibrate or maintain a low volume in efforts to maintain our salon -like environment. Remember, this is your time to relax, be present, and enjoy "your time".
Children are permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service.
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the nail artist can perform a quality service.
Unfortunately NO pets are allowed in our location out of respect for our clients' and staffs' allergies. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.
Gift cards can be used only on services. No Cash Value and are non- refundable.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
My Time Nail Bar takes cleanliness and hygiene seriously. We sterilize all metal tools used in a hospital-grade autoclave. Tools that can be disinfected are cleaned in hospital-grade disinfectant solution that is a germicide, fungicide and virucide.
If your Any Time manicure chips within 2 days or your Long Time manicure chips within 7 days, simply contact the shop. We offer a 7-day guarantee on our gel services! If for some reason, your gel manicure chips within 7 days, we are happy to provide a complimentary gel fix to the affected nails. The gel color must be the same as your received during your original service.
Gel Polish – often referred to as *Shellac* - is a light-cured polish product that may last a duration of 2 weeks depending on several factors specific to the client including: client lifestyle, client health and following of maintenance instructions. However, there may also be additional complications in the application process, chemistry of the product and other factors that may cause product breakdown (peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling, etc).
If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by error in application and exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time with no refund. This includes but is not limited to the usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks or any unacceptable behavior that we feel is inappropriate. As licensed professionals, we follow a strict code of ethics. It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for ourselves and each of our clients.
